There's zip files including everything needed to run the game, tbattle-win32-version.zip has a executable windows file to run it.
The tbattle-jar-version.zip will be the version for Linux users, but right now it does not work but feel free to download and get it working, should only be the "lwjgl.dll" file that needs to be replaced with a package for Linux.
